Connecting OpenTable

Connect Checkle and OpenTable to ensure your menu remains accurate.

Checkle will not sync hours to OpenTable due to reservation times often differing from store hours. However, your menu can sync to OpenTable.

How to connect OpenTable

You will need to connect OpenTable from your OpenTable profile on a desktop, as the usual pop-up for other platforms in Checkle is not available for OpenTable.

  1. Log into your OpenTable Business profile. The link to your OpenTable Business profile is: https://guestcenter.opentable.com/login

  2. Open your account settings by clicking on the 3 lines in the top left of the screen.

  3. Click on Accounts from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click on Add new users at the top right of the screen.

  5. Add the email address manage@checkle.com to the team.

    • Checkle needs Marketing access at minimum for restaurant profile and reviews. You will choose Marketing in the drop-down and also from the checkboxes.
    • Use the name 'Cole Rickles' for the name section. This name will not be visible to the public on your profile.
    • You do not need to provide a phone number.

  6. Click Create at the top right of the screen.
