How to manage your review campaign

Setting up Your Review Campaign

To set up your review campaign with Checkle:

  1. Log into your Checkle account.
  2. Click on the Reviews tab on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on Reviews Campaign.
  4. Set up your campaign with the desired details.

Review Campaign Settings

After setting up your campaign, ensure the switch at the top of the page is turned on to activate it.

With the Checkle review campaign, you can encourage your customers to:

  • Leave a review on Google or Facebook.
  • Follow/like your page on Facebook or Instagram.

Description

This is the prompt your customers will see on their screen after they've scanned your QR code.

Review Site Sources

You can direct your customers to Google or Facebook for reviews. We recommend Google as it's most important for capturing reviews.

Social Site Sources

You can direct your customers to your Facebook or Instagram page to grow your audience.

Printing Your QR Code

Customers will scan a QR code provided by Checkle to see the prompt for your review campaign.

To access the QR code printing page:

  1. Log into your Checkle account.
  2. Click on the Reviews tab on the left side of the screen.
  3. Click on the Campaign QR Code button.

You have two options for printing your QR code:

  • Print out the QR code only: This allows you to insert the QR code into your own design.
  • Use our printable template: This allows you to quickly print out a card designed by the Checkle team.
