Menu Basics
Checkle.Menu Link
Every customer will automatically have a Checkle.Menu link generated for them. This link serves several purposes:
- Show Platform Data: It provides an instant preview of the menu data that will be sent to various third-party platforms.
- Quick Menu Access: It offers a fast way to share your menu if your website's menu isn't up to date. You can submit this link as your 'Primary Menu URL' under the Business Info tab. We recommend using your business website link for this field.
Viewing Your Checkle.Menu
- Go to the Menu tab in your Checkle account.
- Click the link near the top of the screen to preview the menu data currently being sent to each platform.
The image above shows an example of what a Checkle.Menu site looks like.
Call to Action Button (CTA Button)
The Call to Action (CTA) button is exclusive to the Checkle.Menu page and does not override your 'Primary Order URL' found under the Business Info tab.
If you are not using the Checkle.Menu link as your main menu link on the Business Information page, it's not essential to keep this button updated. It is highly improbable that your customers will ever see this button otherwise, as it only appears on the Checkle.Menu page.
How to Change Where Your CTA Button Points
- Click on Menu.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on Edit Call to Action Button.
You can input any link you desire and customize the text displayed on the call-to-action button. Any changes you make here will be immediately reflected in your Checkle.Menu preview.
