Please have all profiles connected in your Checkle profile before our onboarding meeting.
During onboarding, the Checkle team will confirm that everything is connected properly and troubleshoot any connection issues you might run into.
If you encounter any issues before our meeting, don't stress over it. We'll troubleshoot together during your onboarding meeting.
Go to Connections in Checkle
- Log into your Checkle profile.
- Go to Biz.Checkle.com
- Go to Connections.
Google is the most important to connect.
Use whatever email you would use if you were changing your hours for your venue in Google.
Be sure this checkbox is filled in.
Choose the business you are connecting to this specific Checkle profile.
Confirm the business you've selected matches the business you're editing in Checkle.
Quick note: You will log in using your personal Facebook account. You will then choose the Facebook page that you'd like to connect to this Checkle profile.
Choose the top option: Opt in to all current and future Pages.
Choose the top option: Opt in to all current and future Businesses. It is expected for this step to look very similar to the previous step.
Choose the Facebook page that you'd like to connect to the Checkle profile you're managing.
Be sure your Instagram page is a business account.
Choose your business Instagram profile that you're managing in Checkle.
