You can use Checkle to respond to your reviews

You can use Checkle to respond to your reviews. Each platform has unique ways of working with third-party tools like Checkle.

Google and Facebook

For Google and Facebook reviews, you can respond directly within Checkle without needing to go to your specific Google or Facebook profile.

To respond:

  1. From your review feed, click on the word Respond.
  2. A window will pop up with specific information about the review.
  3. Type your response in the empty square.
  4. Click the Submit button in Checkle's interface.

Your review response will appear on your profiles within 10 minutes.

Yelp, TripAdvisor, and OpenTable

These platforms operate differently. Here’s how to respond to a review for these profiles through Checkle:

  1. Click on the Respond button in your review feed.
  2. Type your response in Checkle.
  3. Click on the Copy Response and Go to Yelp button (or the equivalent button for TripAdvisor/OpenTable).
  4. This button will direct you to the specific review on the platform where you received it.
  5. Follow the instructions on that platform to post your response.
  6. Ensure that the review has been marked as 'Responded' in your Checkle review feed to keep your statistics accurate.
