Your Path From Sign-Up to Launch

1. Checkle Account Access
We suggest starting with the Success Guide inside your Checkle profile.
- It provides the basics needed for a smooth onboarding process.
- Please complete as much of the checklist as possible before your first onboarding meeting.
2. First Meeting With Your Onboarding Specialist
In your first meeting, we'll:
- Review your business information like menus, links, and other general biz info
- Gather information needed to build out your website
Goal: By the end of this meeting, we'll begin syncing your information to 65+ platforms.
3. We Build Your Website
Once we have the information and content we need, the Checkle team will:
- Build your custom website
- Create the website's SEO foundation
4. Second Meeting to Review, Approve, and Launch
During your second onboarding meeting, we'll present your completed website. Together we will:
- Review the design and content
- You are encourage to provide feedback on what you'd like to see updated
- Approve the website for launch
Goal: Have your website launched by the end of this meeting.
Important reminder: Your website is always editable. We recommend launching first, then continuing to make any edits you deem necessary.
We generally complete the above items in 7 days.
Keeping Your Launch on Track
A successful launch requires communication between your team and ours.
What We Need From You
- Complete your Success Checklist
- Attend both onboarding meetings
- Provide accurate business information
- At least 5 usable photos (or permission to source them)
- Access to your domain
- Approve the website when it's ready

Launching the website is an important milestone, but the work does not stop there.

SEO Is Not a Light Switch
Google must discover, crawl, process, and index the work completed on your website. Give it at least 2 weeks after launch to ensure Google has received the updated website.
