When you make changes to your menu in Checkle, the data automatically syncs to your website via our embed (if installed), any platform that supports structured data, and any platform that allows a 'menu URL' attribute on the profile.
The two most important platforms to keep your menu up to date are:
- Your website (immediately reflects your changes)
- Google Business Profile (reflects your changes within 1 hour)
When you make changes to your structured menu in Checkle, each of these platforms reflects the changes within 1 hour.
Structured Menu vs. Menu File
We strongly recommend creating your menus in the structured format.
If you prefer not to enter all your structured menu data yourself, our team can do it for you. Simply submit a 'Menu Request Update' and the Checkle team will handle it.

The biggest reason for using a structured menu is that it's the format Google accepts, which is likely where your menu is viewed most often.
